IMPORTANT UPDATE AND WARNING:

We have recently received complaints and read many negative reviews on the internet about regulated binary options brokers using indecent practice towards traders. Although some binary brokers may be regulated, we do not recommend opening a trading account with ANY broker, be it a regulated broker or a non regulated broker, as THEY ALL seem to be unethical and non-trustworthy, even the regulated ones! If you have been scammed by such a company you can check out our RECOVER FUNDS FROM BINARY SCAMS section.

Also, instead of trading binaries which are mostly scams, you can trade with a trustworthy and popular FOREX broker such as TradeFred.

In June, the Italian regulator CONSOB (Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa) made a desicion to join the ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) in putting a ban that totally restricts binary options. The Italian financial watchdog stated that some products being marketed to Italians were extremely dysfunctional, risky and unregulated in Italy.

The new blacklist includes the following websites:

  • 4xroyal.com
  • it.247worldbtcfx.com
  • kronosinvest.co
  • 4xincome.com
  • zuitex.com

The CONSOB continues to warn Italians about unlicensed binary options and cryptocurrency trading websites and brands, that are offshore and have not stopped soliciting Italian traders, many of these brokers are full blown scams and fraudulent in nature, using high pressure sales tactics and trading against their clients in an obvious conflict of interest – where when the investor looses capital, the broker gains capital.
